Your equity has a timeline. We plan against it.

How it works

Four stages. One point of contact. A team behind it.

Most of the value lives in the decisions made before a liquidity event. Each stage is designed to get those decisions right, then revisit them as your valuation and your life move.

i

Engage & map your equity

We define your goals and the scope of the work, then map everything you hold. Every grant, lot, strike price, and vesting date, modeled at multiple exit valuations. You see the full picture, often for the first time.

ii

Design the strategy, before the taxable event

This is where the work compounds. We build the exercise and tax strategy ahead of the liquidity event: AMT crossover modeling, multi-year exercise staging, concentration targets, and tax-advantaged accounts. All coordinated with your CPA or EA so nothing is improvised in April.

iii

Decide & execute from a plan

We run scenarios until the path is clear, then set pre-defined rules. How much to sell, when, and at what price. When the tender or IPO arrives, you act from the plan, not from emotion.

iv

Review & adjust as the numbers move

Valuations change, grants vest, and tax law shifts. We rerun your numbers against the current valuation, not last quarter's, and adjust the strategy so you stay on track from worker, to independent, to investor.

The how · Agile by design

It's not just what we do. It's how we do it.

Equity timelines don't follow a calendar. Tenders get announced, valuations reprice, windows open and close on short notice. An agile practice is built to absorb that, moving fast without losing the plot.

01 / Nimble

Move fast when it counts

When a tender or filing drops, we model it and respond in days, not next quarter. The team keeps your numbers current so we're ready before the window does.

02 / Flexible

Plans that bend

Life changes, grants vest, the law shifts. The strategy flexes around new facts instead of forcing you back into last year's assumptions.

03 / Responsive

Always in motion

Between meetings, the work doesn't stall. Modeling, paperwork, and coordination keep moving in the background so momentum never depends on a single calendar.

What the process protects

The equity got you this far. The strategy optimizes what comes next.

§

Clean advice

Fee-only fiduciary. No commissions, no products, no kickbacks. The only incentive is your outcome.

⏱

Timing that matters

The decisions with the biggest tax impact are made before the event, while you still have every option open.

∞

Built to iterate

Not a binder on a shelf. A living strategy that gets rerun against your current valuation as things change.

Is the whole process digital, or do I need to come into an office?

It's 100% digital, end to end. Onboarding, document signing, equity modeling, strategy reviews, and ongoing check-ins all happen online, so you can work with us from anywhere without rearranging your week. Most of our clients are busy operators and engineers at companies like SpaceX, Anthropic, and Anduril, and the process is built around that reality: high-touch advice delivered on your schedule, not the calendar of a downtown office.

What does onboarding look like?

Onboarding is a guided, three-step flow: you review the engagement documents, sign electronically, and connect your accounts through a secure client portal. From there, we build your equity map, every grant, lot, strike, and vesting date, so we're working from a complete picture from day one. The whole setup typically takes a few days of light effort on your end, and you're never left guessing about the next step.

How do I access my plan and documents?

Everything lives in your secure client portal, available on desktop and mobile. Your equity model, planning scenarios, signed documents, and tax projections are in one place and stay current as your situation changes. Instead of digging through email threads for the latest spreadsheet, you log in and see the live version of your plan, updated as valuations move and shares vest.

How do you keep my financial information secure?

Sensitive information moves through encrypted, secure channels, never loose email attachments. Document signing, account connections, and communication all run through protected systems built for financial data. As a registered investment adviser and fee-only fiduciary, we're held to a legal standard of confidentiality and care, and we treat your data accordingly.

How quickly will I hear back when I have a question?

You get same-day callbacks on business days. Equity decisions are often time-sensitive, a tender window opens, a valuation reprices, an exercise deadline approaches, so responsiveness isn't a nicety, it's part of the strategy. When something matters, you reach a real person who already knows your situation, not a call center or a stranger reading from your file for the first time.

Who am I actually working with?

You have one dedicated point of contact who leads your strategy and stays your direct line, backed by a team that keeps your modeling current and your plan moving between conversations. You're never re-explaining your equity to someone new. The relationship is personal by design: a small, agile practice that knows your name, your grants, and your goals, with the depth of a full team behind every recommendation.

When is the right time to start?

Before the taxable event. The decisions that move your outcome most, exercise timing, AMT management, tender participation, and concentration targets, have to be made while you still have every option open. If you're holding unexercised ISOs, unmodeled RSUs, or a concentrated pre-IPO position with no plan around it, the best time to map it is now, well ahead of a liquidity event rather than scrambling after one.

How are you compensated?

We're fee-only. You pay us directly, and that's it, no commissions, no product sales, no referral kickbacks. That structure removes the conflicts baked into commission-based advice and keeps our only incentive aligned with yours: getting you from worker to investor the right way.
